U.S. - TSCA Methylene Chloride Regulations

The purpose of this regulation is to impose restrictions on the manufacture, use, commercial distribution, and disposal of certain harmful chemicals, particularly methylene chloride, in order to minimize health risks to workers and consumers. This regulation establishes certain restrictions on the manufacture (including import), processing, commercial distribution, use, and disposal of methylene chloride (CASRN 75-09-2) to prevent unjust harm to health.
